The Missouri Chapter of the International Dark-Sky Association ("IDA Missouri") will join with the Burroughs Society of Greater Kansas City, Missouri River Bird Observatory, Johnson County Community College and the St. Louis Audubon Society to discuss bird safety during spring and fall bird migrations.  Learn more about Lights Out Heartland at https://www.lightsoutheartland.org
